I loved how close I was to Gloucester Quays and the scenic walk to St Michael's Tower, made for an enjoyable weekend of exploring the area. Although the hotel had a comfy bed, some maintenance issues could be addressed for a better overall experience.

Family with children really should think twice

So, the place had a decent selection of ales kind of nice for a pint after a long day. I had my kids in tow and they enjoyed the jukebox which kept them entertained while I tried to relax.

It wasn't exactly a bargain for what was offered though, felt a bit let down overall.

I appreciated the cozy interior and the staff were so accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, allowing me to explore without any hassle.

More accessible seating would be beneficial.

This place is situated right in the heart of the city, just next to the cafe across the street and the lively Gloucester Quays.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable considering the convenient location to the café over the road and the city centre. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast included is a great addition, providing a good start to the day. Plus, the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
